We have provided, through different orders, an MHW10, a SAS and a Big Bag filler to complement their operations.

This is one of our latest projects in the USA. Located in the Chicago area, this customer has over 60 years of experience in onion handling and brokerage.

We have provided a total of 4 Machines, 1 Multihead weigher MHW16 consumer pack, our biggest multihead weigher combined with clipping machines. Added some Distribution belts and sewing machines.

This project was for an onion producer, packaging facility and distribution center, growing several types of onions from regular to jumbo y colossal.

Here, we supplied 3 MHW10, our smallest multihead weigher for their new packaging facility.

For this project which was for a packaging facility, we supplied 1 elevator and 1 MHW12, our middle sized multihead weigher with two opposing 6 bucket weighers.

With this new addition, they could easily package big, wet or dry unwashed potatoes .

For this customer, we have provided through different projects, a brain transplant for their Propak weigher , 3 MHW10, our smallest multihead weigher, 1 FAS, our Full automatic bagging and sewing machine

and 4 SAS, our Semi automatic sewing machine and 2 MHW16, our biggest multihead weigher in combination with 4 clipper machines. We also included a big bag weighing/filling unit.

This project was for a family based company in New Mexico. They produce over 700 acres of different varieties (Prepak, Medium, Jumbo, Colossal, Supercolossal ) of onions year round.

On this project, we offered 1 MHW10, our smallest multihead weigher and 2 SAS semi automatic sewing machines plus a BBF, our weighing big bag filler.

Senegal

Our first project on the beautiful continent of Africa. Currently they cultivate 78.000 tons of potatoes on more than 2.000 hectares of land, which is around 80% of Senegal’s overall potato production.

Through 2 different projects, we have supplied a total of 5 elevators, 3 MHW16, our biggest multihead weigher composed by two opposing 8 bucket weighers and 2 MHW12, our medium sized multihead weigher composed of 2 opposing 6 bucket weighers.

De Semiautomatische naaimachine is de oplossing voor het vullen van zakken en automatisch dicht naaien met behulp van hoogwaardige naaiapparatuur. Speciaal ontworpen voor het verpakkingsproces van losse enkele zakken. Met handmatige verstelmogelijkheden is de SAS geschikt voor een grote diversiteit aan product en zakformaten. Daarnaast is de SAS is makkelijk te bedienen en eenvoudig te integreren met uw weeg- en verpakkingslijnen.

De Multi Head Weger 16 is speciaal ontworpen voor het verwerken van grotere capaciteiten met een hoge precisie. De MHW16 heeft een dubbele rij van 8 weegmodules en wordt aangestuurd door een uniek ontwikkeld continu zelflerend softwaresysteem. De MHW16 kan een groot aantal gewichtscombinaties verwerken, wat zich vertaalt in het lossen van de gewenste verpakkingsgewichten met hoge nauwkeurigheid en razendsnelle verwerkingssnelheid.

De Multi Head Weger 12 is een weger met een dubbele rij weegmodules voor de prijsbewuste klant die op zoek is naar een nauwkeurige en snelle machine met een compact formaat welke eenvoudig kan worden geïntegreerd in een bestaande lijn.
